Next PSSC Specialty - New Dates - New Venue!
The 2010 Puget Sound Saluki Club Specialty will be held on Friday,
September 10th. The judge is Jocelyne Gagne.
There will also be a Saluki Club of America supported entry on
Saturday, September 11th at the All-Hound Club of Bellingham show. The judge is Dennis
Schmidt.
There will also be an American Saluki Association supported entry on
Sunday, September 12th at the All-Hound Club of Bellingham show. The judge is Jay
Cunningham.
These 3 shows will be held at the Tulalip Amphitheatre on the
grounds of the Tulalip Casino, Marysville, Washington. This convenient location is just
off of I-5 and is between the Casino and the Seattle Premium Outlet Stores, just 30
minutes north of Seattle. Designed by the Bellevue architecture firm Ruhl-Parr &
Associates, this beautifully appointed amphitheatre features plenty of parking, and
wonderful tribal-themed design elements throughout. For more information about our new

The Puget Sound Saluki Club held an AKC Sanctioned B Match on
Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Bay View State Park, Burlington, Washington.
We reserved the picnic shelter building and it worked out really nicely
for holding the match and having our luncheon afterwards.
Our Judge was Roberta Parish from Victoria, BC Canada.

Thank you to our judge Roberta Parish, our Match Secretary Dr. Tomme
Trikosko, our Ring Steward Marie Anti, and to all of the Exhibitors and friends who came
to our event!

Immediately following the completion of judging at the Match we held an
Exhibition of Desert Bred related Salukis.
There was also a SPDBS Desert Bred Evaluation after the Exhibition. This was for the
breeders and/or owners of Desert Bred related Salukis (Generations 2 and 3) who had
specifically signed up for this.
